Remake The Rules Client Waiver & Agreement

1. Introduction
Welcome to Remake The Rules. This waiver and agreement outline the terms under which our coaching, consulting, and advisory services are provided. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any services.

2. Nature of Services & Disclaimer
Remake The Rules provides decision-making coaching, strategic consulting, and advisory services. These services are not therapy, medical treatment, financial advising, or legal counsel. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and outcomes, and Remake The Rules does not guarantee specific results.

All appointments are conducted virtually via Google Meet unless other accommodations have been explicitly agreed upon. Clients are expected to be able to share their screens—whether from a desktop, cellphone, or both—when relevant to our work together. While this may not always be necessary, it is often imperative for effective communication about their information systems and decision-making.

3. Personal Responsibility & Acknowledgment of Risk
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that:

• You are fully responsible for your choices, actions, and decisions.

• Coaching and consulting may involve self-reflection, decision-making exercises, and discussions that may challenge existing beliefs or assumptions.

• You understand that participation in exercises, discussions, or strategy sessions is voluntary and that you may stop at any time.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remake The Rules and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of services, advice, or recommendations provided. You agree to hold Remake The Rules harmless for any outcomes resulting from your participation.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Conversations and materials shared during coaching and consulting sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (such as imminent harm to yourself or others).

• If testimonials, case studies, or session recordings are used for educational or promotional purposes, explicit consent will be obtained in advance.

6. Payment, Refund, & Cancellation Policies

• Payment for services must be made in full before the session or as per the agreed-upon payment schedule.

• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time.

• Non-subscription appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the start time for a 90% refund.

• Non-subscription appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled if canceled within 24 hours of the start time.

• For subscriptions, once purchased, you will receive exclusive scheduling links for subscribers, along with an email reminder 7 days before each renewal.

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but please note they cannot be prorated.

7. Code of Conduct & Ethics

• Clients are expected to engage in a respectful and safe manner.

• Discriminatory, harmful, or abusive behavior will result in termination of services without refund.

8. Informed Consent for Exercises & Interactive Work
Certain services may involve structured exercises, reflection prompts, and digital interactions. You acknowledge that:

• Participation is voluntary, and you may opt out of any activity.

• Emotional discomfort may arise in self-reflective exercises, and you are responsible for determining your personal limits.

• You are encouraged to seek additional professional support (e.g., therapy) if needed.

9. Technology & Digital Services (if applicable)
For Digital Add-On clients:

• Remake The Rules is not responsible for technical failures, third-party software issues, or implementation risks beyond the agreed-upon scope of work.

• Clients are responsible for data security, backups, and any third-party integrations.

10. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By signing below (or clicking to agree, if using a digital form), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver. You accept full responsibility for your choices and participation in services provided by Remake The Rules.
