Appointments are virtual via Google Meet unless other accommodations have been made or are specified.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time.

Non-subscription appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time for a 90% refund.

Non-subscription appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled if canceled within 24 hours of the start time.

For subscriptions, once purchased, you will receive exclusive scheduling links for subscribers, along with an email reminder 7 days before each renewal. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but please note they cannot be prorated.
