• Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time.

• Non-subscription appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time for a 90% refund.

• Non-subscription appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled if canceled within 24 hours of the start time.

• For subscriptions, once purchased, you will receive exclusive scheduling links for subscribers, along with an email reminder 7 days before each renewal. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but please note they cannot be prorated.
