Coaching & Consulting

Where It All Begins

Whether you’re dating, leading, managing a team, or making a complicated choice, all of my work starts here: a blended coaching/consulting approach designed for decision-making in a tech-influenced world.

You bring a specific challenge. Together, we look at what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what systems—personal, organizational, or technological—are shaping the choices in front of you. We make progress on the immediate issue andstrengthen the underlying decision-making process you rely on long term.

Because most modern problems aren’t isolated. They live at the intersection of ChoiceTech, information overload, social pressure, and old strategies that no longer fit. Our work untangles these forces and builds a process that works for you.

Why Coaching & Consulting

Coaching and consulting come together here because most modern challenges involve both human patterns and system-level influences. Coaching supports your internal process: how you think, respond, and make sense of what’s happening. Consulting supports the external process: how tools, structures, and ChoiceTech systems shape your options.

You might come in needing help with one side more than the other, but the most effective work usually blends the two:

  • Coaching helps you build awareness, reduce overwhelm, and develop long-term decision-making skills.

  • Consulting helps you analyze systems, fix what isn’t working, and design better structures for the future.

Together, they create a decision-making process that’s resilient, intentional, and well‑aligned with the real world you’re moving through.

What Working Together Looks Like

Every engagement is customized, but usually includes:

  • Deep conversation to understand the real problem

  • Practical exercises and ROAR-style reflection

  • Hands-on troubleshooting of tools, systems, or patterns

  • Experiments to test new approaches

  • Clear next steps you can act on right away

Most work is remote for flexibility, with in-person options for workshops, leadership intensives, and larger projects.

Scheduling Options

To provide the highest-quality support, Remake The Rules offers both packages and monthly subscriptions. Every challenge is different, and many clients’ needs change over time — so you can cancel anytime or shift between levels as your pace, goals, or systems evolve.

Subscription levels and packages are based on rhythm as well as group size. Joining as a pair or small group works well for hiring teams, leadership partners, friends who want to grow together, or anyone who benefits from a collaborative learning environment. Small groups meet together, sharing insight, accountability, and the experience of learning alongside one another, with built‑in price savings.

Packages

Packages offer a clear starting point and a defined container so we can dig in with focus and momentum. They don’t change how we work together, they simply give us a set amount of time to make meaningful progress. If you’re navigating a decision, pattern, or system and want a structured way to move forward, packages are an effective next step.

  • Jump Start: 5 hours
A streamlined, targeted option for people who want momentum without a long commitment. Five hours is enough to get oriented, understand what’s driving the challenge, and make meaningful, actionable progress.

  • 10 hours
A more spacious container for working across several interconnected decisions, patterns, or systems.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions offer a steady rhythm for people who want to keep building momentum and better patterns. Subscriptions work well if you prefer to spread out your investment over time, want ongoing support as problems evolve, or want to hold your spot within the sliding scale. Scheduling is flexible, these are simply the most requested options. Common schedules include:

  • 90 minutes every two weeks

  • 60 minutes every week

  • 120 minutes every week

  • 90 minutes every month (returning clients only — designed for clients who have already completed focused problem‑solving work and now want periodic maintenance, accountability, and small strategic tweaks)

Proposals

For larger or more complex projects, we’ll define a scope together and build a proposal before starting.

The Sliding Scale

Sliding-scale pricing makes this work accessible across income and funding levels while keeping the practice sustainable. It reflects the belief that high‑quality support shouldn’t depend on a single standard rate. Learn more about sliding scale pricing.
