Sliding Scale Pricing

To keep this work accessible and sustainable, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots at reduced rates.

A Quick Guide to the Sliding Scale

Here’s a brief overview of how my sliding scale works and how to find yourself on it.

The highest rate (Bottle 1) represents the true cost of my work — the amount that sustains the time, research, and systems behind each service. Paying at this level reflects full financial access and helps make this work accessible to others.

The middle rates (Bottles 2 and 3) are designed for those who are financially steady but mindful. You meet your needs, but you may need to plan or budget for professional support. Paying at these levels helps balance both your own sustainability and mine.

The lowest rate (Bottle 4) is for those who can usually meet their needs but have very limited flexibility for additional costs. Paying at this level allows you to access support while honoring your current capacity.

This approach is based on the Green Bottle method, a visual framework that uses bottles filled with varying amounts of “potion” to represent financial resources and access. A full bottle indicates stability and abundance, while less full bottles reflect varying degrees of constraint.

I also divide my sliding scale into two groups:

  • Individuals — usually daters or clients exploring how ChoiceTech patterns show up in their personal lives.

  • Organizations — typically leaders, owners, or hiring managers addressing ChoiceTech issues within their professional teams, systems, or decision-making processes.

Each group has its own set of examples (below) to help you determine which rate best matches your financial situation and level of investment.

Now that you’ve identified your bottle, the graphic below shows how each level aligns with a rate within the sliding scale. I reserve a set number of hours at each of the lower tiers to keep this work accessible; we can talk through availability and fit during your free discovery call.
