We are often told that "more" is a burden, but that is a simplification. Abundance—of information, of connection, of options—is a historical triumph. The exhaustion we feel isn't caused by the abundance itself; it’s caused by the friction of trying to process a 21st-century information flow using 20th-century decision-making habits.

In my conversation on The Mental Wealth Podcast, we moved past the "less is more" cliché. We explored how ChoiceTech has scaled the volume of our lives, while our personal systems for discernment have remained static. This creates a state of decision drag—not because options are bad, but because we haven't yet realigned our skills to harness them.

If "more" can be a benefit, why does it so often feel like a weight? The answer lies in the cycle of exhaustion. In this episode, we discuss how to stop reacting to the volume and start building the systems that allow us to use it.
